Operation Imagination: Summer Camp is back with exciting themes in addition to camp favorites from the past. Registration opens Friday, April 4th and only online enrollment is available. Camps run Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with exceptions for week 3. Drop off runs from 8:30-9:00 a.m. and pick up run from 3:00-3:30 p.m. Late pickup at 3:35 requires after care payment of $5

Membership discounts for Operation Imagination camps are available only for Family-level memberships and higher.

WEEK #8

MPU Camp Water Warriors (July 21-25)

Plunge into the science of H2O as we discover the importance of water from the Rio Grande River into our homes and local ecosystems. Explore ground water filtration, construct water towers, and race paddle boats in teams. Campers will learn about the water treatment process through the newly updated exhibit, Water Journey. For incoming 3rd – 5th graders. This camp is hosted in collaboration with McAllen Public Utility.

Capacity: 16

Camps include engaging activities, museum exhibit exploration, outdoor recess and an afternoon snack. Campers must have a reusable water bottle and provide their own ready-to-eat lunch.

All registrations are final. Registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and not available for credit.
